The machine has been designed and manufactured by DUEFFE to meet requirements whose wants produce the band of the mattress, apply the fabric handle and close it into a “ring” by means of only one automatic production unit.
It is equipped with double chain-stitch multi-needle sewing machine AGATA (Made in Italy) able to quilt fabrics on width up to 60 cm. which gives the possibility to realize straight seam lines applying in the same time 3D fabric and any type of personalized tape.
It is also equipped with n.1 lockstitch Brother sewing head which sews the fabric handles chosen from 2 different rolls; production cycle ends with the cutting and closure into a “ring” of the band.
