The machine has been designed and manufactured by DUEFFE for the production of the bands of the mattresses. It is equipped with double chain-stitch multi-needle sewing machine AGATA (Made in Italy) able to quilt fabrics on width up to 60 cm. which gives the possibility to realize straight seam lines applying in the same time 3D fabric and any type of personalized tape.
Machine is equipped with 2 or 4 lockstitch Brother KE sewing machines able to sew a large amount of patterns.
The machine is provided with material stands, material sensors and band winder for finished product; it can be combined to F08 or F09 (Handle application machines
